EMGAT statement on industrial action

EMGAT statement regarding the BMA ballot for industrial action over proposed contract changes

EMGAT recognises that this is an uncertain and stressful time for trainees and their families. Whilst we cannot offer direct advice, we have compiled a list of useful resources which clarify the legalities of industrial action, and sources of support. If you are feeling anxious or stressed about these proposed changes, and the implications of industrial action, please see help and talk to someone about how you are feeling.
