Call for abstracts!
Deadline for submission is 19th August. Guidance is shown below
Guidance for posters is:
All abstracts should be submitted as .docx or .doc files. Images may be embedded within document.
Abstracts should be a maximum of 220 include the following information:
• Abstract title
• All authors’ initials and last names, grade and place where work was carried out
•The text of the abstract should contain headings including background, methods, results, conclusions and a single sentence take home message from your piece of work.
•Use a blank line to separate paragraphs
•One table or figure is permitted; these should be incorporated into the document
Deadline for submission will be 19th August, you will be notified by 6th September to give time to create poster prior to meeting. The top 3 abstracts will be invited to give a short PowerPoint presentation of their work with time for Q & As.
The guidance for posters will be sent out at a later date. Presentation at this meeting would not preclude presentation at other meetings as we are not publishing.
Abstracts should be emailed to Rebecca Barker at firstname.lastname@example.org I will collect them and forward en masse to Dr Greiff for review.
